Refund policy

At Bonzers Corner, every product goes through strict quality control before it reaches our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you through our Return, Exchange, and Refund process.

1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, the product must:

  • Be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • Have all original hang tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, smoke, pet hair, or any signs of use.
  • Include all accessories, inserts, and promotional items received with the order.

Important:
If the original hang tag has been removed, cut, damaged, or reattached, the product will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products with removed or damaged hang tags.
  • Washed or worn products.
  • Products altered or modified after delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards or store credits (if applicable).


4. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • A different size.
  • A different color (subject to availability).
  • Another product of equal value.
  • A higher-priced product by paying the price difference.

If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose store credit or a refund (where applicable).


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

If the original payment method cannot be refunded, store credit or an alternative refund method may be offered.

Shipping fees, cash-on-delivery charges, payment gateway fees, and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


6. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product,
  • A manufacturing defect,
  • An incorrect item,
  • Or a product damaged during shipping,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To speed up the process, kindly provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Photos of the packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.


7. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect, or damaged product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For approved exchanges, additional delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery location.


8. Inspection Process

Every returned product is carefully inspected by our quality control team.

If the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request and send the product back to the customer.


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard Return & Exchange Policy.


10. Store Credit

If preferred, customers may choose store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit can be used for future purchases and is subject to the terms communicated at the time of issuance.


11. Processing Time

  • Return or exchange requests are reviewed within 2–5 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • Exchange orders are shipped after the returned item passes inspection and the replacement item is available.


12. Right to Refuse

Bonzers Corner reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request if:

  • The product shows signs of wear or use.
  • The original hang tag has been removed or damaged.
  • The product is not returned in its original packaging.
  • The return request violates any condition outlined in this policy.
  • Fraudulent or abusive return activity is suspected.
