Bonzers Corner is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by:

Risk of Loss
Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Bonzers Corner is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit beyond our reasonable control, although we will make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving any shipping-related issues with the courier.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect delivery information, or refuses to accept the parcel (except in the case of an approved return), additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
